Ordering parts, Prices & Availability
Where do I find the product's complete part number?
You can find the complete part number of each product in the datasheet attached below the product's image. By clicking the button/tab (in red colour which contains the product's part number with brief description) a datasheet of the specific product gets open where you can find the entire details about the product including its drawings with specifications and technical details, also you can download the datasheet as well.
What about the prices and the product availability?
Our website do not enclose the product's price or availability. To know the product's price and availability, we request you to switch to the Enquiry form page where you should enter few basic details and the part number of the product (if you know else refer the previous question to find the part number of the product) and submit the form. Once we recieve your enquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the price and the availability of your enquired product.
How can I place the order?
You can place your order by entering the details on the Order form page. To find the product's part number, refer the above-mentioned question 'Where do I find the product's complete part number?
I am a private individual, not a part of company. Can I still buy from you?
Yes still you can buy from us but it includes the tax and charges applicable.
Can I avail discount on the products?
To know the product's pricing or to avail discount, either you can contact us or send your enquiry to us from the enquiry form page.

On request, we are able to send you the certificate of confirmity for your order.

Can I get the product according to my specifications?
Yes you can. We supply all the standard parts in not only in 'Metric version' (the one you are looking in our website now) but also in 'Inch version' as well. If you can't find the product with your required specification, we will first try to find it for you else we will send you the inch version catalogue. (you can find it in the Download section) Even then if it doesn't match, we will send your enquiry to our principle company in Germany for which you should enter the product details or drawings with the specifications and mail us at email@example.com
I can't find the product with the specification I'm looking for.

Why don't I find the CAD models of the products?
We are sorry for not providing you the CAD models on our website due to some internal issues and we hope to provide the same in the near future. We can send the CAD models written in the compact disc (CD) to you for which you should send a mail regarding this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I get the Quality certification?
Yes you can get the Quality certification of the products from the Download section or click here to get the same. As we're only the distributors of the products, the certificates provided are only from our manufacturing company named KIPP.
Are the products supplied meet the RoHS Directive and compliance?
Yes, all the products manufactured from KIPP meet the RoHS requirements (Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances). The company has evaluated the products offered, regarding their status under REACH. You can find these certificates either from Download section or click here.

Digital Metrology supplies a wide range of products of over 45,000 items, as well as in our comprehensive website we have a number of catalogues, Brochures and Quickfinder (overview of all the products) which are available for free download. Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, under no circumstances the order cancellation or modification will be permitted due to automatic processing system of order in Germany.
Can I return the product recieved?
The product(s) which are supplied from our existing stock can be taken back provided if the parts are not used and returned within one week from the invoice date. No parts will be taken back which are imported against the order from Germany.
